09 / From the owner

Family-operated, not a franchise

We began with one truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so if something is not right with a unit, that is on us, and we take care of it that same day.

I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is what we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

They are. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and space for a wheelchair to turn around.

What is the service frequency?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and keep the unit at your location until you call to have it removed.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks is ideal for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

What happens during a weekly service visit?

We pump the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
